Log in to iCrew

Log in to your rower's account in iCrew . You can download the iCrew App on your mobile device or you can use iCrew in a browswer (www.icrew.club). 

If you have questions about your user name or password, please contact Coach Sue.

Click on "Attendance Plans"

Click on the "Attendance Plans" menu item.

Toggle Attendance

You will see "Regattas" listed at the top. You can click "Show" to show regattas and mark your attendance for regattas.

Scroll down to practice dates and toggle to "Attending" for all days that your rower can make it. You can mark attendance as far ahead as you like, but don't forget to change it if anything changes.

Note to Coach

If you would like to tell the coach something, you can leave a note in "Notes to Coach". This is helpful in many situations such as your rower getting a ride home with someone, if they need to leave at a specific time, etc.

To add a "Note To Coach" simple click on the Name of the Session. In the session information, scroll down to the "Notes to Coach" box and add your note then click "Save".

Log in to your account (Parent account) in iCrew and click on "Attendance Plans".

You are still in your profile and you can see your Attendance Plans. You can scroll down below your attendance plans or simply click "hide" to hide your attendance plans.

You will see the option to update your Child's Attendance Plans - click on that button.

Now you are updating your child's attendance plans.
