The following steps should be completed at the end of each regatta season. Each step can be completed by the same person, or by different people. Some steps need to be done fairly quickly after the final regatta, but others can wait a bit.
Where: Rowing Center
When: Shortly after last regatta (this does not all need to be done at the same time)

What:
Bins:
Make sure that Bins 1-8 are off the trailer and emptied on to the appropriate shelves.
Wipe out any bins that are gross.
Stack empty bins in the rowing center office.
Coolers:
Empty all coolers and put extra food in the refrigerator or freezer.
UNOPENED items like cheese and tortillas can go in the freezer.
Other UNOPENED items with expiration dates that are 6 months away can be put in the refrigerator for later use.
OPENED items and any perishable items such as fruits and vegetables should be distributed to families that will use them.
Where: Rowing Center
When: Within 1-2 weeks after the last regatta
Who: 1-? Parents
What:
Propane tanks: remove from the Utility Trailer and store them in the office near the empty food bins in the office.
Coolers:
Wipe out coolers and use cleaner if necessary to make sure they are clean and ready to go for next season.
Put coolers back on the trailer leaving them open (they will probably need to be propped open).
Dink Coolers:
Wipe out coolers (or take them home to clean them if they are really gross).
During FALL Clean Out - take spigots off, take them home and run them through a dishwasher (especially if the coolers have been used for Gatorade)
Once water jugs are clean and dry, put them back on the trailer with the lids left off
Water Jugs: Take any water jugs off the trailer and store them in the office by the empty food bins.
Generator(s): Take generator and extra gas (1 gal gas can) off of the trailer and store them under the stairs near the water cooler.
