Reservations & On Water Log

Step 1 - Get to Reservation Page

Log in to iCrew and Click on "Your Reservations" button

Step 2 - Click Reserve Shell

Click on "Your Menu" and select "Reserve Shell"

Step 3 - Fill out Reservation Form

Complete all of the information in the form including choosing your boat and oars and click "Make Reservation" to complete the reservation (if the boat you want to reserve is not showing up for you, please text or call Coach Sue at 815-693-3734 or put a message in GroupMe)

Step 4 - Reserve a Speed Coach

If you want to reserve a Speed Coach, you wil have to do that separately.

Step 1 - Click on the "Today" button

At the bottom of your main iCrew screen, click the "Today" button

Step 2 - Go to Today's On-the-Water Log

Click on the "Today's On-the-Water Log" button.

Step 3 - Click "Check Out"

When you get to the boatyard for your row,

Step 4 - Click "Check In" when you are back from your row

Don't forget to check back in when you are back from your row before you leave the boatyard.

***please be sure you fill out a damage report when you check back in if there is something about your shell, oars, stroke coach or any other equipment that needs to be addressed.
