All Hooch Rowers will head to the rowing center after loading on Wednesday, Oct 29. We will watch the C&C meeting and talk about how launching and recovering will work.

Saturday, Nov 1 Call Times:
Morning Race Call Time: 7:30a

(There is a significant gap between the race times, so after we recover the girls after their race, everyone will be free to do what they want until we meet back at the boats at 3p for the afternoon races.)
Parking
Here is the info on Parking provided on the Hooch website (https://www.headofthehooch.org/parking).
LiveStream & Results
Results are on HereNow (https://www.herenow.com/)
You can LiveStream the race using the link here: https://www.headofthehooch.org/live-stream
If you send the livestream link to anyone, you can also give them the Event # and the Bow # (and the time of the event) so that they can find their rower š All of that information is in the schedule below. Remember that times are Eastern Time.
Unloading: Oh man, let's not even worry about that right now. We'll figure that out after we get back.
Meals - Everyone will be on their own for meals. There is no cooking allowed at Hooch and the timing of the races doesn't make it necessary to get sanwiches or anything as a group. There are food trucks at the regatta venue and the event is right in downtown Chatanooga, so there are plenty of food options. Plus, we will have a pretty long break between the morning race and the afternoon races, so there is plenty of time for people to go get food then come back.
We will have a bin of snack food and some water by the boats for rowers to grab if needed
Everyone should plan to eat on their own prior to their races
Feel free to bring any snacks or drinks that you want on your own for before or after your race
Saturday Dinner - Beth was looking to see if we could do a group dinner on Saturday evening after racing. I will keep everyone updated if this works out.
I would love for a couple of parents to volunteer to take pictures and/or video at the finish line and maybe from one of the bridges for all the races. If you are up on the bridge, you will likely not be able to see the finish, but the event is livestreamed, so you could see it that way.
I'll send out invoices for everyone to pay against by tomorrow. This will need to be paid before we leave as these fees are covering expenses that are being incurred real-time.
